Your host Nina brings over 30 years of expertise in complementary therapies and yoga instruction. A certified therapist since 1993 and yoga teacher since 1985, she founded Anima Sana Association in 2004 to promote personal wellbeing and inner discovery.

  • Only accredited Time Therapy practitioner in Croatia/Slovenia, trained at the Tune-In Institute for Time Therapy in Switzerland.

  • Extensive training in Hatha & Bhakti Yoga under Suzanne Privat and Jenny Colebourne at the Illium Centre of Light (Athens).

  • Professionally trained in Shiatsu, acupressure, meditation coaching, and therapeutic massage.

A rare and transformative method, Time Therapy supports emotional clarity and self-understanding. Nina is the only trained Time Therapy practitioner in Croatia and Slovenia, having studied directly with its founder, Manuel Schoch in Switzerland.
