TERMS & CONDITIONS
By confirming a reservation at Vintage Villa Magnolia, guests agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a respectful, safe and comfortable stay for all, and to help protect the character and condition of the historic property.
CHECKING IN AND OUT
Check-in is from 15:30 to 22:00 (3:30pm - 10:00pm).
Check-out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement, subject to availability. A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. Payment is required in advance by bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided after booking. The reservation is confirmed once payment is received in full.
REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT
A refundable cash deposit of 100 euros is required at check-in. This is returned at check-out after an inspection of the property. If any damage is found, the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted. In cases of significant damage, an additional charge may apply.
CHILDREN
Due to the layout and age of the building, the house is not suitable for small children. There are multiple staircases and architectural features that may pose a risk. Children aged 10 and over are welcome. Children aged 14 and above are charged as adults, in accordance with the booking platform’s pricing structure.
QUIET TIME
No parties, loud music or behaviour that causes discomfort to others is allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00. The house is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood and guests are expected to respect the calm atmosphere and the wellbeing of others in and around the property. Hen, stag and similar group events are not permitted.
This is a privately owned early 20th-century family house. While well maintained, it is not a modern building. Guests should expect some creaking, sound transmission or quirks typical of older homes. These are part of the villa’s character and should be accepted with understanding.
SUITABILITY
The property has three sets of stairs and is unfortunately not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING AND VAPING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking on the porch may be permitted if it does not disturb other guests. Otherwise, smoking and vaping are only allowed in outdoor garden areas.
VISITORS
Only registered guests may stay on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. During high-demand periods, the shared lounge (Blue Room) may be arranged as an extra bedroom, in which case the guest bathroom becomes its private bathroom.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional services, such as wellness sessions, may be offered seasonally and may carry an extra charge.
LOSS OF KEYS
If the keys to the house or the remote control for the entrance gate are lost, the guest will be responsible for the cost of replacing or reprogramming them.
CANCELLATIONS AND EXTENSIONS
Cancellation terms depend on the booking conditions selected. Guests are advised to review these carefully at the time of reservation. In case of a no-show or early departure, full charges may still apply. Extended stay may be possible at discretion of the host, depending on availability of the rooms.
We reserve the right to decline a reservation or terminate a stay without refund if house rules are breached or behaviour causes damage to the property or discomfort to others.
