1.CAMELIA RooM
The Camelia is the master bedroom, featuring a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. It includes a comfortable sofa, a desk, and a southwest-facing garden view that brings in natural light throughout the afternoon. The room is decorated in a clean, period style with original architectural details, creating a quiet and restful space.
2. IRIS ROOM
The Iris Room is a bright twin bedroom with a private external bathroom (shower and WC) located on the landing. It features two original vintage single beds with comfotable modern mattresses, a sofa, desk with two chairs, making it comfortable both for rest and quiet work. The room also includes a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a south-east facing garden view, offering soft morning light and a sense of calm.
3. MIMOSA ROOM
The Mimosa is the smallest of the three bedrooms. It includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawer cabinet, and desk. Located on the east side of the house, the room is naturally shaded in the morning by tall cypress trees, which helps create a darker, more restful space for those who prefer to sleep longer. The private external bathroom is spacious and fitted with a corner bath and WC. It opens directly onto a large balcony with a partial view of the garden. Like all rooms in the apartment, Mimosa has air conditioning for added comfort.
4. The Blue room
The Blue Room is the shared lounge, a welcoming space for relaxing, socialising, or enjoying a quiet meal. It’s the only room in the apartment with a television, though many guests appreciate the chance to switch off and enjoy a digital detox during their stay.
Furnished with a day bed that also serves as an additional sofa, the room is comfortable and spacious. During periods of high demand, the Blue Room can be arranged as an extra bedroom. In that case, the guest bathroom (with shower and WC) functions as a private bathroom for this space.
5. THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is small but comfortable and modernised, with everything needed for preparing meals at home. It is well equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances. A large fridge with a built-in water and ice dispenser offers added convenience, and the tap provides clean filtered water for drinking. The space is shared, practical, and easy to use, making it a functional part of the apartment without taking up too much room.
6. THE HALLWAY
The spacious entrance hall opens to a wide central hallway. Original wooden panelling, a preserved early 20th-century staircase, and the original wood parquet flooring give a clear sense of the villa’s historic character from the start.
The layout provides separation between rooms while maintaining a natural flow through the house. High ceilings and solid wood details reflect the building’s quality and understated elegance. The hallway connects all three bedrooms, the shared lounge known as the Blue Room, the kitchen, and the guest bathroom.
7. THE PORCH
The covered porch sits at the top of the entrance stairs, directly opposite the kitchen. Always shaded and breezy, it’s furnished with two small tables and chairs, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or tea, breakfast, reading, or simply relaxing and chatting. Hidden from view from the road and neighbours, the porch feels cosy and private, offering a quiet outdoor corner with plenty of fresh air.
