Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cashpayment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full incash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Children
Children older than 10 years are preferable due to the historical built of the villa. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the complete safety of toddlers or small children.
Children 14 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.
Pets
Unfortunately the villa does not allow pets to stay overnight at this time.
